Helsey House Cottages are situated within the private grounds of Helsey House in the hamlet of Helsey near Hogsthorpe on the North East Lincolnshire coast. They are single storey and on one level with no steps. They are located 5 minutes from Chapel St Leonards and 15 minutes from Alford. Helsey House is an old Victorian farmhouse built in the 1880s.

The Cow Shed has 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 people in one double room and one twin room. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. The open plan living area overlooks the courtyard garden and the paddock to the rear.

The Dairy offers one double and one twin-bedded room. The family bathroom with bath and the separate shower has wheelchair access. The open plan living area overlooks the courtyard garden.

There is a private south facing courtyard garden for the exclusive use of guests which is equipped with seating and barbecues. Each cottage has a selection of games and books as well as TV, DVD player and hi-fi systems.

Perfectly placed to explore the fun coast and the rural coast of Lincolnshire with Skegness, Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island within 20 minutes drive. If it is just sun, sea and sand you desire then Huttoft, Moggs Eye and Anderby Creek are peaceful havens. Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea are 3 out of only 83 European Blue Flag Beaches UK wide. Wildlife thrives on the natural coastline and is a haven for birdwatchers, nature lovers and conservationists.

The Lincolnshire Wolds is a short drive away where you can visit Alford, Burgh-le-Marsh, Spilsby, Horncastle, Market Rasen, Caistor for a wealth of history, architecture, festivals and markets. Lincoln, Boston and Grimsby are all within one hours’ drive. Hogsthorpe, the nearest village (5 minutes by car, 20-minute walking) has two pubs, one serving food, also there a restaurant open during the season.
