Horseshoe Cottage

Avril, a Yoga Teacher and Therapist, hosts Yoga Days, Retreats, and occasional small group sessions on the Studio deck. Meanwhile, Alan, a Psychotherapist, conducts online sessions via Skype and Zoom, reaching clients worldwide.
