Kingston Self Catering is located in Kirkwall a mere 200 metres from St Magnus Cathedral. Also, only a stone’s throw away are the Bishops and Earls Palace. However, despite being central to some of Orkney’s most beautiful attractions, Kingston is also remarkably secluded, with its own private courtyard, so that you can relax after a busy day’s sightseeing in perfect peace and luxury.

There are 5 different properties to choose from:

Kingston House – Kingston House is newly finished to a very high standard, with feature lighting inside and out.

Kingston Apartment 1 – If you are looking for secluded but central accommodation in Orkney then Kingston Apartment 1 is ideal for your needs – many restaurants, pubs and shops are in close proximity.

Kingston Apartment 2 – The Apartment looks out onto a large lawn and tree-filled garden and has many unique features – that will make it a fondly remember part of your time in Orkney.

Kingston Lodge – Kingston Lodge is a newly renovated 19th century property in Kirkwall with many of the original features retained. If a handsome and unique town house is the accommodation you seek in Orkney, then Kingston Lodge is ideal for you.

Scapa View House – The property is a new build but constructed inside the blast walls of a World War II battery which was part of a radar station during the war.

Kingston is located a short walk from Kirkwall’s restaurants, pubs, galleries and shops, and is close to the bus stop to some of Orkney’s main attractions and to the ferries to the isles and the ferry home. You really couldn’t be in a better spot to enjoy Orkney, whether by foot, bike or car.
