Anne Cottage is a cosy, self-catering cottage situated in Bakewell, Derbyshire. It’s just 800 yards from the town centre, with reserved parking for two cars immediately outside the cottage.
This 17th Century cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple or a group of friends who want to explore the Peak District National Park with their dogs. It has lots of character but also modern facilities and comprises of two self-contained bedrooms, one double and one twin, with en-suite facilities.
There is a very well equipped kitchen, perfect for the Sunday roast, with lovely natural oak flooring, exposed stonework and a dining area. The oak flooring continues into the cosy lounge with beams, leather sofas, a coal effect gas fire, 43inch wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and Bluetooth music system.
With its convenient location in this very attractive town, in the heart of the Peak District National Park, Anne Cottage is a perfect holiday base. There are many beautiful walks nearby and attractions such as Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Alton Towers.
