The site offers panoramic views of the rocky face of Ben Nevis and the ski slopes of Aonach Mor. During the season you can count the skiers on the slopes through binoculars.
At the foot of the large, natural garden and patio area are the last remnants of the old Caledonian Pine Forest existent in the area.
The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge with gallery sitting room, dining room with large table seating 10 and breakfast kitchen with all the facilities to make you feel at home.
The area is well known for its unsurpassed mountain and coastal scenery where movies such as Rob Roy and Braveheart were filmed. Close to The Logs are Aonach Mor and Ben Nevis (Scotland’s highest mountain) while slightly further afield is the famous Glen Coe.
Fort William is a convenient centre for visiting the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Inverness, Aviemore, Oban and Mallaig are all within driving distance of a leisurely day trip and with the Skye Bridge a day visit to the ‘Misty Isle’ is now possible.
