There are over 220 acres of glorious farmlands for you to enjoy, along with first class facilities for you, your dog and any equine visitors.

Thornton Lodge Farm welcomes guests who wish to bring their own horses on holiday. The farm has excellent stabling facilities and fenced areas for turning out after riding. The farm is connected to an extensive network of bridleways offering some of the best hacking in the country. A UK Riders & Northern Chases Course runs along the perimeter of the farm. A schooling field with dressage arena and show jumping area are all available for hire.

Our award winning full English breakfast is served in the conservatory and includes some of the finest local meats and freshly laid eggs from the farm hens

Our holiday home is located in rolling countryside between Easingwold and Coxwold surrounded by the Vale of York with views of the Minster and further over to the Pennines. The Yorkshire Dales are to the west and the North Yorkshire Moors to the east. Only a few miles north is the lovely market town of Thirsk where the World of James Herriot can be found.
