We have 10 en suite rooms available for bed and breakfast bookings for those looking for accommodation in Sidmouth. Room 7 can be let as B&B or self catering.

The Barn & Pinn Bed and Breakfast is conveniently situated just 5 minutes drive from Sidmouth.

Breakfast is served in a cosy room overlooking the garden. Many guests enjoy the birds and squirrels which can be seen in the garden. Dinner is available four nights a week and is served in “The Barn” a large vaulted room which, in days gone-by was a hay barn. This room also enjoys the comfort of a wood burner, and lovely views over the gardens. With good home cooking, a varied choice of menu and a well stocked bar. You will be sure of a very warm welcome from us into our home.

We have 3 rooms available for owners with dogs including the holiday let. There are many walks accessed directly from the cottage some with breathtaking views of the surrounding area, others through beautiful woodlands with streams and mini waterfalls.
