The cottage is approached from its own gravelled parking area to the front door opening directly onto a well equipped fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

A door leads through to the dining room with wood burner stove (an initial supply of logs is provided in the cooler months). To the rear is a cloakroom / utility area with separate W.C. and washbasin and back door entrance leading up to an attractive cottage style garden with paved and lawned areas.

To the front is a cosy sitting room with colour TV and choice of open or electric fire. Stairs lead from this room to a landing, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath, overhead electric shower, W.C. washbasin and heated towel rail.

Well behaved pets are most welcome provided they are kept off the furniture and are not left alone in the property.
